I was hang-gliding in the early 70’s over the prison at the point of the mountain in Salt Lake County.  I gained a lot of experience quickly and now have wisdom to do things that are safer.  I also hunt and fish while playing golf.  After selling semiconductor products for 30 years I found it was impersonal and not very satisfying.  So I decided to put my energy into an industry that will always have people who need help buying and selling properties.  Helping families make wise decisions is where I find great satisfaction.  

 

My clients agree that I “help families thrive, one property at a time!” I’m very different than most agents because I believe life is all about choosing the best of all available options.  If you don’t know about all the various options available in a real estate transaction then it’s difficult to make the best decision which is usually the wisest decision.  

 

My role is to provide my clients the greatest number of options, help prioritize needs vs wants, and then act on their decisions quickly and efficiently.
